I typically don't put a cap on the amount of images I give back to you, and I certainly don't put a cap on the amount of creativity and dedication that goes into each individual photoshoot! I strive to continuously bring visions to life! I would love to be your child photographer based in Sauk Rapids and Albany, MN with flexibility to travel anywhere in MN!


As a photographer, I claim "be silly" as part of my job title. I wouldn't want it any other way. Lol. I am not one to sit back and wait to see if a child will smile or not. I love interacting with kiddos, probably more than expected. I simply love kids, and being an active auntie, silliness is something that I don't even need to work on, it's a natural part of me. Lol. I love jumping around, boppin' to a beat of their favorite song, and whipping out ways to make them feel like it is no longer a photoshoot but rather a fun hangout! My goal is to make them feel they are not having their photos taken. I work my magic to make them forget why they are here with me, other than I hope they leave remembering how much fun they had, and their mama's leave knowing they got some >>>goodies<<< to use as evidence someday!


The amount of times I hear a parent say "I'm so sorry!" "They are never like this!" is quite possibly almost every session lol. I LOVE when kids are genuinely their true selves and sometimes when they enter a new area, or see a new face that is ready to be completely silly with them. They might get a little excited and I'm right there with them! If your kids are running around rambunctiously, I'll just join in! Some of my favorite moments on a child photo-shoot is when the child is simply running at me full speed with the most truest smile I've ever seen. I am not a fan of fake smiles, and I'm pretty darn good at detecting one. So when a child is going to give me their >>>ultimate real smile<<<, it don't matter to me how we achieve it. I'm beyond happy to get up off my butt and chase after them in a kind and fun manor. I simply love to match the kiddos energy. If they find their ultimate comfort and real smile sitting down? Let's do that! I find that letting a child pick their pose is the guide to some really genuine moments one simply can't make happen but rather simply to just get ready to capture it as it reveals itself. I'm here for those moments. The ones you don't force, but always be ready for! Kids are why I love what I do.

Here's a start to what some might be:

  • How long before we get our photos back?

    Full gallery link will be sent typically 1-2 weeks from session date.

  • I don't know any poses, do you help guide me?

    Absolutely! You don't need to know any specific poses! I'm here to help guide you with what looks most flattering while keeping poses comfortable. No stiff or awkward posing, but rather instead easy-going fleeting moments.

  • I have some photo ideas, can I share them with you?

    You sure can! I love to hear your vision, so I can do my very best to bring it to life!

  • Where are you willing to travel to?

    Thanks for asking! I love seeing life outside my own reality! I'm open to traveling across the state of MN, with a specialization in Central Minnesota. Contact me for travel details!

  • I don't really like the online gallery link idea, can I get a USB instead?

    Yes! Always an option! The USB will be considered an add on to the session, being $40 per flashdrive.

  • If I'm interested in a studio session, do I get to choose the set up?

    I'd love to hear your vision, so I can be sure to bring it to life! We will chat about certain color backdrops, outfits, session vibes, and what theme (if any) you may want, to best describe your photoshoot. No need to have ideas though! I'm here to create the setup!

  • My kids might be hard to predict as to how much time I think I'll need for the session, what should I choose?

    Happy you asked this! Most of the time, session length is based on how much time the kids may need to feel comfortable, and pop out those natural smiles, so I totally keep this flexible! I will let you know on session when our session end time has been met, and I will leave it up to you if you'd like to proceed, or we will wrap it up. If additional time is desired, it will be at a rate of $25 for 10 minutes. Full payment due at the end of the session, I'm more than happy to make your dreamy photos come true, no matter how long it takes! :)
